Michel RIAND: MICHEL RIAND is a self-taught artist. He was born in France and has been living in Ennistymon (Ireland) since 2005. While he painted regularly in France, moving to Ireland made him discover the beautiful north Clare landscapes which is why he started a new range of paintings “The wonders of North Clare” majorly focusing on north clare scenery, people and wildlife. His style has evolved over the years, he is inspired by everyday things such as capturing the essence of life in Co.Clare. His great love of nature is a major inspiration for his art.
